This book ROCKS! Great Information!:
A scientific based, well written book. I signed up for their website after I read the first chapter. "How the right supplements can keep you young?" is a must read chapter, you'll learn all about the RAOs that you can't find in any other nutritional guidelines nor your food guide pyramid. I also enjoyed reading the RealAge Cafe Tips, they are packed with useful nutrition information.
Real Age Diet It works!:
Just look at Dr. Roizon- age 63. Great skin! You know he has to be doing the right stuff. All common sense, but the book gives great details for why and the impact easy, moderately difficult and maybe more challenging changes make on the aging process. Worth the read.
